eLearning Developer and Instructional Designer,
Baycrest Health Sciences,
Toronto, Ontario, Canada
As a former biomedical communicator, I was able to merge my passions for science and art through my studies and in the early days of my career. As an instructional designer and eLearning developer, what I find most exciting about our field is the interface between technology and design; particularly when they come together to produce a simple, effective and good looking product. It’s both challenging and rewarding to continually be pushed to adapt to emerging learning trends and technologies.
Outside of work, I like to keep active by cycling, dancing or walking my dog J I’m a born and bred Torontonian, and am amazed that there are still things to discover in this city! Oh! And please invite me to join you on your next trip to the mountains.
Committee Role – Communications Director
I’m excited to work with the committee again this year in a new role as Communications director. As always, I’m excited about this year’s conference as we’re all hard at work to outdo and outgrow year’s past. Looking forward to seeing you all in 2018!
