About me: Tracy is an accomplished instructional designer, eLearning developer, and consultant based in the Greater Toronto area. With a unique blend of skills in computer programming, adult education, and eLearning design/development, she has built a successful career in instructional design. With over 18 years of experience in instructional design, development, LMS implementation and administration, Tracy is a respected figure in her field. She is a speaker, active Articulate Community Hero, co-host of the Toronto Storyline User Group and webcast Nerdy Shop Talk.

About me: Teresa loves to hop on a paddleboard or get in a good game of pickleball. When not on the board or the court, you can find her hanging out up north sitting on a rock having a cup of tea along the Burnt River. At work, she is constantly exploring the world of simulation, scenarios, and virtual reality, which keeps the learning opportunities alive.

About me: Ravena has over two decades of experience in learning design, people development and implementing digital learning platforms across various industries. Her goal is to inspire a culture of learning through engaging experiences and the use of technology. She collaborates with business leaders to understand functional challenges, gather different perspectives, and drive employee performance. Ravena holds a Bachelor of Arts in English/Communications and postgraduate certificates in Adult Learning, Learning Design and Technical Communications.

Work: Learning and Development Specialist, College of Nurses of Ontario

About me: Heather is passionate about helping others learn and has worked in the Training and Development industry to do just that for over 30 years. She uses her creative passion to design robust and innovative eLearning in addition to implementing organizational, team and individual learning programs across the organization. In her spare time, you’ll find her roaming the woods and waterside looking for wonderful things to capture with her camera. You may see her with camera in had at our in-person conferences, so give her a smile!

About me: Sarah is a seasoned instructional designer and content developer who is passionate about sharing experiences with other designers and developers. She has over 20 yrs of experience in adult learning complimented by 15 yrs of experience creating innovative eLearning solutions for healthcare professionals. Sarah shares her knowledge internationally and volunteers her expertise to not-for-profit organizations; her courses are currently engaging learners on 6 continents. Sarah has now turned her attention to discovering the delights of mixed reality simulations, deepening her research and application of virtual simulations over the past 3 years.

About me: Mike is a dedicated rugby enthusiast and coach. He has a talent for cooking and is known for throwing themed parties. He also loves board games. His current obsession is Ark Nova. Underestimate him at your peril - he is a three-course, board-gaming, rugby force of nature!

About me: Pauline is a technical education and communication specialist, with a passion for helping people understand and use technology. She has a Bachelor of Education from the OISE, and a certificate in Adult Learning from Seneca College. Outside of work she can be found in an arena playing hockey, or on a lake paddleboarding. She’s also a writer (with one published story under her belt and more in progress), film aficionado (with an M.A. in Film Studies to prove it), and lifelong reader of comics and science fiction/fantasy.
