Conference FAQs

The easiest way to register for the conference is to go to our Registration Page.

Unfortunately, walk‑in registrations are not available. Advance registration is required as catering, and many other event logistics are completed ahead of time to ensure a seamless experience for attendees.

Absolutely, you can register for Pre-conference Workshop after your initial conference registration.

Pre-conference Certificate Programs often sell out, so you'll want to register as early as you can.  Email us at info@canadianelearning.ca to add these activities to your conference registration.

No, we do not have an app, but we have included everything to guide you through the event on our website under the Event Details page.

Registered participants of the Canadian eLearning Conference can attend any session listed in the conference schedule. However, do note that rooms have limited capacities due to fire-regulations so attendance in any given session is given to those that arrive first.

(Note: This does not include optional Pre-conference Workshops, for which a separate fee is required.)

You can pick up your badge at the Registration Desk any time during Registration Desk hours.

Registration is open until either:

  1. The conference sells out; or
  2.  Four weeks before the conference date.

Cancellation Policy: By purchasing a ticket, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees that cancellations made by emailing info@canadianelearning.ca are eligible for a 100% refund only if received no later than four (4) weeks prior to the conference start date; cancellations received after this date are non‑refundable.

No, but if you attended a pre-conference workshop and would like to receive a certificate of completion, please email info@canadianelearning.ca.

The focused optional full-day Pre-conference Workshops will be held on the first day of the conference, from 8:30 am – 4:30 pm. A separate paid registration is required to attend any workshop.

Mingle and network during the conference with your fellow conference participants in the Gallery Hall. Conference Sponsors are also located here to chat with and learn more about their organizations.  Snacks and Lunch will be served in this space.

This is an opportunity for those that attend pre-conference workshops to network with your peers and speakers; to share ideas and celebrate learning & development!

Join us for a drink & hors d’oeuvres.

Invitations will be sent appx 4 weeks prior to the event and RSVP Registration is required to attend.

Invitations will be sent prior to the event for those interested in joining a small group of fellow attendees for dinner the evening before the Keynote and Concurrent Sessions. Space is limited, and participation is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please note that attendees are responsible for their own meal and transportation costs; however, most selected restaurants will be within walking distance.

The Dinner Dine-Around is designed to spark meaningful conversations, build connections, and extend the conference experience beyond the day’s sessions.

Lunch is included with your registration for participants that attend workshops and the main conference.

There is a wide range of dining options close to the hotel to satisfy your breakfast and dinner cravings. Check-in with the hotel concierge for your options!

Comfortable, casual or business casual attire is recommended. We recommend you bring a sweater or jacket, because it can get cool in the conference rooms.

Our conference is being held at the Marriott on the Falls hotel, and you can book a room at this hotel at a discounted rate as long as you book before April 27th, 2026. There are a limited number of rooms in the block so please reserve early to avoid disappointment! For more information go to Marriott on the Falls.
