We respect and protect the privacy of our attendees. We do not share personally identifiable information (PII) of our attendees—such as names, email addresses, or phone numbers—with third parties or vendors.

If an attendee chooses to visit an exhibitor’s booth and voluntarily provides their contact details (e.g., name, email, phone number), they do so at their own discretion. This information is provided directly by the attendee to the exhibitor and is not facilitated or shared by us.

We may, however, provide vendors or sponsors with aggregated, non-identifiable information such as attendees’ general job titles and the names of their organizations. No personally identifiable information is included in this aggregated data.

Retention of Personal Information

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or as required by law. When personal information is no longer needed, it will be securely destroyed or anonymized.
